For those I cannot support in person, I can act as a knowledgeable, compassionate advocate as you navigate all the choices available to you throughout pregnancy and while preparing for labor. We can cover:

• Childbirth Education (pregnancy, labor and beyond)

• Your Choices in Childbirth (prenatal testing and what to expect, vaccine resources, informed consent throughout the prenatal visitations, birth center/hospital, collaborating with your care team)

• Aligning on Birth Preferences (and preparing for the unknown)

• Comfort Measures & Laboring Techniques
